Client Relations in Logistics

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Client Relations to join our fast-paced logistics team, specializing in temperature-sensitive and urgent healthcare shipments. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end coordination of domestic and international logistics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering exceptional service for life-saving deliveries.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the movement of time-critical, temperature-controlled shipments across global routesMonitor and manage shipment progress, proactively addressing any delays or issuesWork closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely pickups, customs clearance, and final deliveriesEnsure all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations, including GDP and IATA standardsMaintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the shipping processRespond to last-minute changes with agility and professionalismRequirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding (preferably in pharma, clinical trials, or healthcare sectors)Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs proceduresFamiliarity with cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled packaging solutions is a plusExcellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as neededProficiency in logistics software and MS Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsBenefitsWeekly PayHoliday PayAfter 30days: Health, Dental, Vision, GAP, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance.Milestone Bonus of 40 hours for every 1200 hours.Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
