This role will report to our Director of Logistics and play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily freight operations, maintaining shipment visibility, and delivering a high level of service to both internal teams and clients.This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop within logistics, supply chain, and operations. In addition to coordination responsibilities, this role includes a strong analytical component focused on reporting and improving operational visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Coordination & OperationsSupport freight booking and coordinate shipments across multiple lanes and regionsAssist in managing day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely executionMaintain accurate shipment records, tracking updates, and documentationMonitor shipments and proactively identify and escalate operational issuesCommunicationCommunicate professionally with clients, distributors and suppliers via email and calls regarding shipment statusProvide timely and accurate updates on logistics activitiesDeliver a high level of responsiveness and customer serviceReporting & Data AnalysisGenerate and maintain reports on shipping data, destinations, and volume trendsAnalyze logistics data to support operational decision-making and visibilityUtilize Excel to organize, track, and present key logistics metricsTeam Support & Continuous ImprovementSupport the logistics team with administrative and coordination tasksParticipate in team meetings and ongoing training sessionsQuickly apply feedback and continuously improve performanceTake initiative to contribute to team goals and process improvementsQualifications1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, accounting, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal English communication skillsHigh level of responsiveness and ability to work effectively in a remote environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate: filtering, organizing, reporting)Familiarity with logistics and freight terminology is preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented mindset with strong listening and problem-solving skillsWhy Join SupplyCaddyWork directly with an experienced and growing logistics teamGain hands-on experience in both operations and data analysisStructured onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorshipOpportunity for career growth within logistics and supply chainExposure to global supply chain operations in a fast-moving environment
