Contact homeowners by telephone and set up qualified appointments for free consultations. Input lead information, update reports, and answer incoming calls from advertisements.Responsibilities:Deliver scripted pitch to the homeownersAdjust scripted pitch to meet needs of specific homeownersHandle homeowner's questions and objectionsObtain homeowners’ information including names, addresses, phone numbers, etcReceive and input appointment details into the systemInput homeowners’ information and notes from the conversationConfirm appointments placed with canvassers or sales repsIssue appointments for reps to meet with prospective homeownersConduct quality control phone callsAnswer inbound telephone calls from advertising responsesFollow up on initial contacts with homeownersMaintain accurate and updated lead information and reportsQualifications:Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategiesRelevant work experience in telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or promotionsProficiency in relevant computer applicationsProduct knowledge – Training provided"Smile and dial" mindset – must be comfortable and confident on the phoneExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong note-taking abilities for accurate follow-upEffective time management and ability to prioritize tasksConsistent follow-up on leads is essentialWell-spoken with an engaging, upbeat personality that shines through the phonePositive, self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethicResults-driven mindset – ability to turn conversations into opportunities and influence homeowners on the value of scheduling a visit with our outside sales teamPerks:Performance-based biweekly bonusesFun games and incentive rewardsGrowth opportunities as they arisePositive, supportive work environment90-day review with potential for role and compensation advancementReady to join a winning team?
