Photo Process Engineer
Overview
In this role you will support high-volume 300mm wafer manufacturing, focusing on photolithography processes to improve yields and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, start-up activities, and data-driven problem solving. The position offers exposure to OPC modeling, RET/SRAФ design feedback, and on-call escalations, contributing to TI’s mission to make electronics more affordable and reliable.

ResponsibilitiesSupport manufacturing operations to maintain continuous production flowPerform lot and equipment dispositions to minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fabSupport ramp with equipment/startup activities and process experiments (SWRs)Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods and procedures to boost efficiency, yields, and product qualityLead or participate in improvement projects (efficiency, cost, quality, new product support)Engage in data analysis, problem resolution, and on-site escalation responsivenessCollect data, run simulations, and verify OPC models and recipes on siliconProvide feedback on SRAF design optimizations to the RET team
Key requirementsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or related field3 years of engineering experience in a Semiconductor Fab environment within PhotolithographyStrong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategiesExcellent communication and collaborationAbility to work in cross-functional teamsStrong time management and multitaskingModel-based problem solvingSMO and SRAF optimization experienceOPC modeling packages: Prolith, Brion, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics
