Located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area, we provide timely delivery and expert guidance to meet all your building project requirements.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily financial transactions, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting principles and regulations. The role will also involve analyzing financial data, creating budgets, developing financial reports, and providing strategic guidance on financial matters to the leadership team. Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders is a key component of this position.QualificationsExpertise in Financial Accounting, General Ledger Maintenance, and Financial ReportingProficient in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and ForecastingStrong understanding of compliance with accounting standards and tax regulationsExperience with Accounting Software, ERP Systems, and Advanced Excel skillsExceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus)5+ years of experience in accounting or a related financial roleKnowledge of or experience in the manufacturing or building materials industry is highly advantageousCompensation and BenefitsSalary range: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience.Health insurancepaid time off and holidays.
