Senior Accountant

Tricor Automotive Group is a growing, multi-entity organization with a dynamic and collaborative finance team. We are seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join our team in a high-visibility role that supports the full breadth of our accounting operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our finance function while working alongside senior leaders across the company.What you’ll do•      Own general ledger activity and perform reconciliations across multiple entities•      Produce financial reporting in Sage Intacct and serve as an internal subject matter expert for the platform•      Build and maintain management reporting dashboards to support leadership decision-making•      Manage budgeting processes and support financial planning across entities•      Lead and support budget software implementation initiatives•      Provide technical accounting guidance and support complex accounting matters•      Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organizationWhat we’re looking for•      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field•      CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification•      2–4 years of accounting or finance experience•      Sage Intacct experience preferred•      Strong working knowledge of GAAP•      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel•      Public accounting or audit experience is a plus•      Exposure to the insurance industry is a plus•      Self-starter who is proactive, accountable, and comfortable working independentlyWhy this role stands out•      Reports directly to the SVP, Principal Accounting Officer•      Exposure to senior leaders across the organization•      Hybrid work schedule based out of Dublin, OH•      Supportive team culture with real growth potential•      Opportunity to shape and elevate the finance functionIf you’re a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, we’d love to hear from you.
