As part of our Corporate Engineering team, you’ll work with talented professionals across North America and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for our global customers. In this role, you will lead automotive programs from concept through launch, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling, and our customers to ensure successful delivery of world-class products. The Role: Lead all phases of program development, including timing, engineering, tooling, validation, and launch activitiesManage program schedules, risks, open issues, and communication across cross-functional teamsDrive design reviews, feasibility studies, testing, and customer approvalsCoordinate tooling development, process readiness, and production launch activitiesPartner with internal teams and automotive customers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions Our Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field2+ years of experience in engineering interior decorative and functional automotive components for automotive suppliersProficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and CAD softwareUnderstanding of IATF 16949 quality and environmental management systemsFamiliarity with OEM customer-specific requirementsExperience working directly with automotive OEMsWillingness and ability to travel within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico as required
