The role drives vision, strategy, and execution across retail and digital channels, modernizing offerings, enhancing customer experience, and growing responsible revenue.Position SummarySpearhead product, games, sales, data and marketing strategy formation and execution for retail and online play. Evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to continuously enhance programs and operations. Oversee objectives, policies, and procedures with each business unit, establishing short‐ and long‐term goals and implementing business strategies. Collaborate with other Executive Agency Managers and the Executive Director to lead and uphold the agency's mission and annual goals.ResponsibilitiesDirect and administer lottery operations in sales, marketing, games, product development, and data analysis to ensure agency goals are met.Lead interdepartmental teams for major initiatives across traditional lottery, digital, and emerging verticals.Manage timelines, workflow, communication, and hold teams accountable for milestones and implementation.Analyze sales and performance of products through reports, BI tools, surveys, and market research; develop strategies to drive profitability and growth.Manage multiple vendors, contracts, procurement, negotiations, compliance, and fiscal accountability.Oversee a multi‐faceted team at headquarters and the field; conduct performance reviews, hiring recommendations, and disciplinary actions.Represent the Commission at meetings and public events, including Governor and Council, legislative, finance, and promotional events.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience OR 14 years of education and experience after high school. Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management responsibilities.Valid driver's license and transportation access.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree preferred.Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC).Strong knowledge of business and management principles, strategic planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and product development.Familiarity with public or private sector regulations.Financial and budget management experience, including funding operations and efficiency improvement.Ability to organize, coordinate, and evaluate staff and administrators across multiple units.Benefits and CompensationSalary: $42.60 – $58.28 per hour.Benefits include HMO or POS Medical and Prescription Drug benefits.Application ProcessFor further information, contact Yeison Mirando, Director of Human Resources at Yeison.Mirando@lottery.nh.gov.#J-18808-Ljbffr
