This executive-level role will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a hands-on leader who can build financial infrastructure, provide strategic insight, and support decision-making at the highest level.Key Responsibilities* Lead all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting * Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals * Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team * Oversee cash flow management, financial planning, and risk management * Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulations * Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and key stakeholders * Drive cost optimization and identify opportunities for revenue growth * Oversee audits, tax planning, and internal controls * Lead, mentor, and scale the finance team * Support mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising activities as neededQualifications* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) * 10+ years of progressive finance experience * 5+ years in a senior leadership or executive role * Strong knowledge of financial strategy, planning, and analysis * Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting * Experience working with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders * Strong leadership, communication, and xhqgsiq decision-making skillsPreferred Qualifications* Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations * Background in private equity-backed or venture-backed companies * M&A and capital raising experience * Advanced proficiency in financial systems and ERP platformsWhat We Offer* Competitive base salary starting at $200,000+ * Performance-based bonuses and potential equity participation * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits * Paid time off and executive-level perks * Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the company's future
