You will be part of a company committed to helping you build a fulfilling and rewarding career.Parts Finisher/deburring operator Position Summary:Daily secondary processing of components including but not limited to assembly, visual inspections, gauge inspections. **** Shift Hours-4pm to 2:00am plus you will receive 20 percent night differential*** Parts Finisher/deburring operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Understand various documentations, Travelers, work instructions, secondary operation report, blueprints. Assemble components to meet the final desired standard.Visual inspection in accordance with acceptance criteria Use various measuring instruments for dimensional inspections. Inform supervisor of any major defects/issues with componentsInform supervisor of any major defects/issues with componentsMaintain alkaline/passivation tank levels and solutions daily. Alkaline clean and passivate parts in accordance with the Traveler information. Understand different cleaning techniques for various materials and components!Keep track of cleaning and passivation solutions to maintain operational availability, inform supervisor when restocking is needed. Work Environment:Work environment varies from Warehouse to light industrial.
