CareersHuman Resource Reporting AnalystFrisco, TexasHuman Resource Reporting AnalystPosition SummaryThe Human Resource Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting HR data and metrics to support strategic decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy within the HRIS, identifies trends, and delivers actionable insights and recommendations while maintaining compliance with employment laws and data privacy regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and audit employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness, including personal information, job classifications, compensation, and organizational structureCompile, analyze, and deliver workforce data reports to internal stakeholdersPerform HR administrative processes related to employee lifecycle changes, including certifications, promotions, transfers, resignations, and terminationsPrepare and present data findings to senior leadership, clearly communicating insights and business implicationsAnalyze trends and metrics to develop recommendations that support employee engagement, retention, workforce planning, and organizational effectivenessConduct routine and ad hoc data audits to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems and reporting structuresEnsure compliance with data privacy standards, employment laws, and organizational policies.Support HR leadership with special projects, reporting needs, and process improvement initiativesPerform additional duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneRequired Skills/AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and data accuracyEffective communication and presentation skillsThorough understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and HR policiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, HRIS, payroll, and employee management systemsEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field requiredMinimum of three (3) years of related experience requiredSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferredPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and working at a computerAbility to lift up to 15 pounds occasionallyGrow With UsGarver offers its employees programs such as company-paid professional memberships, company support for industry licenses and continuing education opportunities that foster a progressive atmosphere.
