You will lead a team of production operators and support continuous improvement initiatives.You will report directly to the Senior ISC Operations Manager.ResponsibilitiesSupervise production operators and daily manufacturing activitiesDrive productivity improvements and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsSupport plant maintenance and reliability programsPromote continuous improvement initiatives across production processesManage workforce allocation and resource planningSupport employee development and training activitiesReview product quality output and coach team members for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholdersSupport documentation and standard operating proceduresQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or GED2+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or logisticsPreferred:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degreeLeadership or supervisory experienceExperience in manufacturing environmentsAbility to troubleshoot production processes and equipmentStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBasic computer literacyCompliance NoticeThis position is subject to U.S. export control regulations.
