Job DescriptionPosition Title: Production Shift Leader - 2nd Shift Wage: Based on Experience We are partnering with a client to identify a Production Shift Leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead a team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, and production while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on operations and team performance. Production Shift Leader Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop production team members Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards (including GMPs) Oversee daily production schedules and troubleshoot operational issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency and cost reduction Monitor performance metrics and support corrective actions Coordinate staffing and training for the shift Requirements for Production Shift Leader:Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Experience with quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma a plus) IND345 Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has the resources of a large company but the feel and personalized customer service of a small one.
