You'll work closely with business and technical partners, drive prioritization decisions, and play a key role in delivering high-impact customer and user experiences.This is a fully remote, senior-level opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, embedding deeply in the platform, and being the trusted product voice.What You'll DoOwn and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogLead discussions with business partners on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery approachWork hands-on within Salesforce to understand user flows and experienceGuide teams through complex, high-volume lead and enrollment use casesDeliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving environmentWhat We're Looking ForSenior Product Owner experienceStrong Salesforce background (B2C environments preferred)Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning SchedulerConfidence leading conversations and making decisions independentlyComfortable working fully remote with distributed teamsWhy This RoleHigh impact and visibilityOpportunity to bring stability and leadership to a critical product areaCompetitive, market-aligned contract ratesRemote flexibility with strong cross-functional collaborationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).4+ years of experience in a Product Owner or related role, in the Salesforce ecosystem.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, Experience/Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Lightning components, and Apex.Experience with Agile methodologies and managing a product backlog.Hands-on experience with data integrations, APIs, and third-party systems within Salesforce, like Docusign.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to modify, add, and create Salesforce objects, record types, page layouts, and all field types.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are a plus.Experience with sales process automation, lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting in Salesforce.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and application development best practices.Personal Attributes:Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle complex tasks and priorities.Collaborative and able to work in cross-functional teams.Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.Passionate about improving the user experience and delivering high-quality products.Comfortable working in with a company that is undergoing a Transformation
