Product Owner/BA with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Project

Job Description:Role Summary – Product Owner (2)We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Project Financial Management and Oracle Cloud Finance space and a proven track record of building, enhancing, and managing custom solutions on the Oracle platform. This role is responsible for defining product vision, owning the backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of business critical capabilities through close collaboration with business stakeholders, system integrators (SI), and AMS teams.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business AnalystHands on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (e.g., Financials, P2P, Projects as applicable)Experience delivering or managing custom extensions, integrations, reports, and workflows on the Oracle platformStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle managementExperience working with cross functional, distributed, and vendor teamsAbility to clearly document, communicate, and validate functional and non functional requirementsStrong stakeholder management, decision making, and conflict resolution skillsKey Skills & CompetenciesDeep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes and architectureStrategic thinking with a customer centric and value driven mindsetStrong analytical, problem solving, and impact assessment capabilitiesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to effectively prioritize under changing business conditionsProven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teamsData driven decision making and comfort working with KPIs and metrics
