Now is your time to become a game changer and join the workforce that will plan and deliver this extraordinary and unforgettable experience.THE POSITIONThe main responsibilities and oversights of the Ticketing Digital Email Communications Specialist for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:Support the process of building, launching, and monitoring email, SMS, and multi-channel marketing communications campaigns in CRM platforms (e.g., SendGrid; Tix & Go)Segment and maintain email lists within the CRM platformCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align on data lists, content, and deployment datesDraft and edit digital content, including emails, website copy, and mobile content and ensure alignment with ticketing policies and proceduresTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance metricsLeverage technical marketing automation capabilities to streamline workflows and support continuous campaign improvementEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and email marketing best practicesSupport the end-to-end campaign deployment process, including the copy setup, testing, scheduling, and post-launch monitoring and amending, when neededWork closely with the Sales Collaterals and Communications team, along with other stakeholders to ensure messaging is aligned across all digital platformsMaintain campaign calendars, templates, and internal processes to ensure consistent and efficient campaign deploymentYOUR PROFILEACCOUNTABILITY: Demonstrate commitment to responsibilities and objectively analyze one’s behavior, while assuming consequences of one’s own actions and/or decisions and learning from one’s mistakes.DECISION MAKING: Ability to identify and swiftly make decisions in critical situations, take initiative and calculated risks, explore alternative solutions, and respond promptly to unforeseen circumstances.INCLUSIVITY: Achieve shared organizational objectives by sharing information with colleagues across all levels and divisions, tangibly influencing others, and maintaining a network of support contacts.INITIATIVE: Capacity to do things on one’s own initiative and to influence the course of events, assume responsibilities, and achieve objectives with a minimum of supervision and control.INNOVATION: Capacity to break new ground, look for unconventional solutions, and produce fresh ideas.LEADERSHIP: Ability to lead one’s contacts/colleagues/partners, encourage teamwork, and delegate authority / decision-making power, as needed, to produce the expected results and make efficient use of the team’s skills and talents.VISION: Ability to perceive the organization's global environmental impact, anticipate decision consequences, grasp organizational missions, and formulate strategic plans.Education & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)1-4 years of relevant experience in CRM management and content creationDemonstrated copywriting and content drafting skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to collaborate in a global environmentSuperb attention to detail and ability to multitaskProactive approach to identifying and effectively resolving potential issues in collaboration with team membersStrong organizational skillsWork ExperienceProven experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (prior knowledge of SendGrid is an advantage)Experience with basic HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred)Prior experience in segmenting and maintaining email lists within CRH platformsPrior experience editing email templates in CRM platformExperience creating marketing collaterals for e-commerce to enhance the customer experience during the purchase processStrong understanding of email marketing and best practicesLanguagesFluent in English.
