Summary:The Credit Specialist is responsible for setup and maintenance of customer accounts. Provides customer service to internal and external customers by providing reports, invoices, proof of deliveries, credit cards, etc. Additionally, provides regional credit teams with administrative support such as lien waivers, additional ship to setup, address changes, and preliminary notice preparation.What You'll Do: Set up new customer accountsMaintain a log of all new accounts established for tracking purposesProvide regular maintenance on all systems for changes to customer accountsEstablish, monitor, and maintain customer credit filesOrder D&B and other trade reports as neededAssist customers with invoice copies, proof of deliveries, short paid invoices, and credit card payments as neededProvide customer service and follow-up for related entityOrder releases for related entityComplete project work and back up for other team membersPerform other duties as assignedJob Duties Disclaimer:The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
