Project Manager - Heavy Civil

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join a heavy civil contractor specializing in earthwork, underground utilities, and paving/site development.This is a hybrid role responsible for both estimating and managing projects from award through completion, working closely with field operations to ensure safe, profitable, and on-schedule delivery.Responsibilities:Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bids for civil projectsManage projects from preconstruction through closeoutCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clientsOversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentationQualifications:4+ years of heavy civil construction experienceBackground in earthwork, utilities, and/or paving preferredExperience in estimating and/or project managementStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat We Offer:Stable backlog of civil projectsOpportunity to manage work end-to-endStrong field support and leadership teamCompetitive compensation and benefitsIf you are interested in this Project Manager/Estimator role please apply!
