Line Locate Screener/Clerk

Our Client, an Utility and Energy Generation and Distribution company, is looking for a Line Locate Screener/Clerk for their Platteville, WI location.Responsibilities:Complete all duties required in the processing of 811 Line Locate Requests:Screen and process incoming line locate requests according to Northern's proceduresReview line locates with qualified Northern personnelMake initial contact with excavators to confirm scope of work when requiredMake follow-up contact with excavators and schedule on site meetingsPeriodically audit line locate tickets and system for required documentation and accuracyAttend annual damage prevention meetings and present damage prevention material to third party excavatorsOther administrative support activities that include but are not limited to answering phone calls, managing visitor traffic, cleaning, and organization of the office, preparing packages for shipping, processing outgoing mail, and ordering office suppliesOther duties as assigned.Complete all primary duties in a timely and accurate manner.Requirements:High School DiplomaAbility to work independentlyStrong organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and similar programsAbility to enter data and complete electronic formsAbility to read and interpret maps and directionsAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesWhy Should You Apply?Excellent growth and advancement opportunitiesICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
