Billing Supervisor

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Billing Supervisor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $115,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily billing operations and lead a team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing. Manage billing systems including Aderant Expert and iTimeKeep, resolving system-related issues. Coordinate with partners and management to implement specialized billing arrangements. Supervise the full billing cycle, including pre-bill generation, invoice distribution, and time entry adjustments. Provide training and support to billing staff and new hires on billing procedures and timekeeping systems. Requirements:A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Minimum of five years of legal billing experience is preferred. Proficiency in electronic billing platforms and billing software is essential. Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and reporting tools is necessary. Ability to work extended hours during peak billing periods and manage physical tasks occasionally. Qualifications:Proven ability to manage competing priorities and lead a team effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment. Experience with Aderant EA Pro Billing and electronic billing systems is required.
