The IT Analyst will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to end-users, and managing IT systems and operations. Daily responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring efficient IT system performance, and communicating technical solutions to team members and stakeholders.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate complex technical issuesProficiency in Information Technology systems and processesTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address hardware and software issuesEffective Communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical usersRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar are a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferredExperience in healthcare IT systems or related industry is highly desirableJ-18808-Ljbffr
