Part - Time Residential Specialist (Graveyard Shift) Weekends only - Friday & Saturday evenings; hours from 11:45PM - 7:45AM Come join the excellent team of security officers at a beautiful, luxury high rise condominium in Honolulu area. Requirements: Prior Security experience preferred (condominium/residential, preferred) Current & Valid HI state guard card required Ability to pass background check Graveyard shift Ability to work with little supervision Able to stand for a long period of time Basic computer skills Professionalism in appearance, work ethic, and positive attitude are essential A qualified applicant must possess the following: Security operations knowledge, emergency situation response, professional composure in various circumstances, excellent customer service skills, understand documents, write incident reports, and communicate clearly. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Essential Job Functions: Foot patrols to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activity Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions Ensure daily administrative documentation is kept concise and complete at all times Maintain all daily assigned equipment is functional and in a presentable condition Respond to all requests for assistance relayed by Supervisor Investigate Security related accidents/incidents Investigate and report fires, evacuations, hazardous situations/other facility related events Must maintain uniform attire and grooming standards at all times while in uniform Schedule Security staff Uphold and enforce the House Rules Compensation: $19.50 per hour.
