Up to $22/hour | Part-Time Residential Specialist | Hiring Multiple Shifts

Type: Part-time; Contract Schedule:Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm Friday - Sunday, 7:00am to 3:00pm Friday - Sunday, 11:00pm to 7:00am Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Residential Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description:Creates professional relationships with residents and guests, ensuring compliance with building rules and escalating conflicts to management. Monitors CCTV, patrols premises, and prevents unauthorized access while managing vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Greets residents professionally, addresses concerns, follows through on service requests, and provides assistance as needed. Responds to medical, fire, and security incidents, secures scenes, and reports incidents promptly to management. Maintains logs, updates records, inspects equipment, reports supply shortages, and ensures proper documentation of all activities. Reports and addresses all safety and security concerns immediately, maintaining a vigilant presence throughout the property. Directs traffic, assists with luggage, enforces solicitation policies, and ensures smooth vehicle flow in the porte cochère. Receives, organizes, records, and securely stores packages and parcels delivered for residents, guests, and building management. Supports management by performing special assignments or tasks as needed and maintains a neat and organized workspace. Position Requirements: Availability to work weekends and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn company-specific software. Valid driver's license: ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training provided after 90-day probation. Hawaii Guard Card preferred; training provided after 90-day probation (must be willing to obtain certification). Ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions. Manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment and safely lift up to 50 lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
