About the OpportunityOur client is a well-established private equity firm focused on investing in middle-market businesses. The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Industrials investment team, playing an integral role across the full investment lifecycle for platform investments and add-on acquisitions.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and execute new platform investments within the Industrials sectorSupport identification, diligence, and execution of add-on acquisitionsBuild and refine investment theses, financial models, and valuation analysesManage key diligence workstreams and coordinate with external advisorsQualifications2-5 years of relevant experience in private equity and/or investment bankingStrong financial modeling, valuation, and capital structure expertiseExcellent understanding of financial statements and transaction mechanicsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
