Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content that aligns with the company’s creative vision, including weddings, sports events, studio productions, and narrative films. Responsibilities include organizing raw footage, applying editing techniques, incorporating audio elements, and ensuring the final product adheres to high-quality standards. This role will also involve close collaboration with cinematographers, photographers, and creative teams to execute visually compelling and engaging formats. Qualifications Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalentKnowledge of color grading, sound editing, and motion graphicsStrong storytelling skills and attention to visual and audio detailsTime management and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in post-production workflows and media managementAbility to collaborate with creative teams and strong interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with visual storyboarding and pre-production planningBachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferredExperience in photography and graphic design would be an advantage
