Insulation Sales Representative
We are a growing insulation company specializing in residential and commercial insulation solutions. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and drive sales. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in residential and commercial sectors through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Job Bidding & Estimation: Prepare competitive bids for insulation projects by conducting site assessments, reading blueprints, and estimating materials and labor costs.
Sales Strategy Development: Work with management to create and implement a sales strategy aimed at increasing market share.
Product Knowledge: Understand our full range of insulation products and services to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
Close Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and signing contracts with new and existing clients.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new insulation technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience in the insulation industry.
Insulation Expertise: Strong knowledge of various insulation materials, installation methods, and industry best practices.
Bidding & Estimation Skills: Hands-on experience in bidding insulation projects and preparing detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial jobs.
Customer Service Excellence: Ability to build rapport and trust with customers, addressing their needs professionally and promptly.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and job bidding platforms.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Driver’s License: Willingness to travel to job sites and client meetings as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing Client Network: A portfolio of existing clients or relationships in the construction/home services industry is a plus.
Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of building codes and energy efficiency standards related to insulation.
