The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in process design, equipment installation, and production systems, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processesSupport capital project execution from design through implementationLead and assist in equipment installation and commissioning activitiesWork with CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems and ensure process complianceManage and improve mixing, liquid handling, and dosing systemsCollaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teamsEnsure adherence to regulatory and safety standards (FDA/GMP where applicable)Required Qualifications:4–8 years OR 10+ years of experience in Process EngineeringStrong experience in capital projects (non-R&D environment)Hands-on experience in process design and equipment installationSolid understanding of CIP systemsExperience with mixing, liquid handling, and dosing technologiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing (highly preferred)Familiarity with FDA-regulated environmentsExposure to pharma manufacturing with food processing knowledgeKey Skills:Process EngineeringSystems DesignProject ImplementationFood Processing & Beverage ManufacturingCapital Projects & Project ManagementEquipment InstallationManufacturing EngineeringRecruiter | S4 AnalyticsPlease feel free to reach me at + 1(469)-429-8065 Pavan@s4analytix.com
