Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Process Engineers to support capital projects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in process design, equipment installation, and production systems, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes
- Support capital project execution from design through implementation
- Lead and assist in equipment installation and commissioning activities
- Work with CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems and ensure process compliance
- Manage and improve mixing, liquid handling, and dosing systems
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards (FDA/GMP where applicable)
Required Qualifications:
- 4–8 years OR 10+ years of experience in Process Engineering
- Strong experience in capital projects (non-R&D environment)
- Hands-on experience in process design and equipment installation
- Solid understanding of CIP systems
- Experience with mixing, liquid handling, and dosing technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments
- Exposure to pharma manufacturing with food processing knowledge
