Job Title: Dental Digital Case Intake SpecialistLocation: Remote – Global (LATAM Preferred for Timezone Alignment)Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ESTIndependent ContractorCompensation: Up to $1,500 USD/month based on experienceWe are hiring a Dental Digital Case Intake Specialist to manage digital case intake, prescription processing, and case data accuracy for a growing US-based dental manufacturing laboratory specializing in CAD/CAM and digital dentistry workflows.This role owns the accurate intake and organization of digital dental cases, including prescriptions, STL files, photos, and production-related documentation. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of maintaining exceptional data accuracy within a fast-paced dental lab environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter doctor prescriptions, material selections, shades, and special instructions into the Magic Touch lab management systemUpload, organize, and maintain digital case files including STL files, photos, and bite scansReview incoming digital cases for missing or unclear information and escalate issues proactivelyProcess digital case intakes within designated operational cutoff timesMaintain exceptionally high accuracy across patient details, case types, and digital recordsSupport smooth technician workflows through organized and reliable case managementFollow established SOPs and documentation standards with strong consistency and precisionQualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyUnderstanding of patient confidentiality and data integrity standardsStrong English reading comprehension for processing doctor notes and prescriptionsHighly organized and process-oriented work styleAbility to work independently with consistent execution qualityStrong problem-solving and quality-control mindsetNice to HaveExperience with dental STL files and digital dental workflows (iTero, 3Shape, Medit)Familiarity with dental terminology, materials, and shade guidesPrior dental lab, dental operations, or digital dentistry experienceExperience working within structured production or operational environmentsComfortable adapting to cross-functional operational support responsibilities
