TRAVEL - RN - Postpartum HCA HealthONE Rose 7A - 7P Denver, CO Unit Information: 3 North Post Partum / (660) Number of Beds – 23 beds Number of Staff – approximately 80 staff members on mom/baby Type of staff: Day Shift –1 charge, 2-3 CNAs, 9-10 RNs on the floor, 3-4 RNs in the nursery Night Shift – 1 charge, 9-10 RNs on the floor, 2-3 RNs in the nursery Patient Ratios – 3 or 4:1 - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment – main computer system-CPN EMR - Meditech / CPN Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Postpartum/M/B experience BLS & NRP Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Experience in a Mother/Baby Unit Flexibility with their schedule Ability to adapt quickly to new situations List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Monitoring Vital signs and administering medications and managing perineal care Educating parents on newborn care, safety, and bonding Best personality Fit: Compassionate, patient and a team player Communication with staff and providers is a priority TB_RN ZRHC Why TalentBurst?
