Commercial Seamstress - Temp to Perm Location: Mobile AL 36693 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $18-$20 per hour (Based on Experience) Type: Temp to Perm Equipment: Juki Sewing Machines Are you a detail-oriented seamstress who takes pride in your craft from the first cut to the final stitch? We're looking for a Commercial Seamstress to join our growing team where quality and craftsmanship come first-not speed on a production line. What You'll Do: • Work independently on a single indoor/outdoor project from start to finish-no assembly line work. • Follow hand-drawn patterns and diagrams to ensure every piece matches exactly. • Cut fabric pieces using scissors (we also have a cutting machine you may help implement!). • Sew clean, straight lines using Juki industrial sewing machines. • Understand how each piece fits into the larger product to ensure structural integrity and design accuracy. What We're Looking For: • Experience in commercial sewing-especially with larger projects or materials. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow patterns exactly. • The technical understanding of why pieces are cut and assembled the way they are. • Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of your projects. • Must be reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
