We're looking for a Commercial Seamstress to join our growing team where quality and craftsmanship come firstnot speed on a production line.What You'll Do:Work independently on a single indoor/outdoor project from start to finishno assembly line work.Follow hand-drawn patterns and diagrams to ensure every piece matches exactly.Cut fabric pieces using scissors (we also have a cutting machine you may help implement!).Sew clean, straight lines using Juki industrial sewing machines.Understand how each piece fits into the larger product to ensure structural integrity and design accuracy.What We're Looking For:Experience in commercial sewingespecially with larger projects or materials.Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow patterns exactly.The technical understanding of why pieces are cut and assembled the way they are.Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of your projects.Must be reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.Perks & Benefits:Healthcare coveragePaid holidaysPTO (Paid Time Off)401(k) planOpportunity to grow into a full-time, permanent positionThis is not just another sewing job.
