General Manager
**About Us:**
Booty Builder is a rapidly growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality fitness products both nationally and internationally. We operate out of our North Port Florida office and warehouse as well as a office warehouse located in Los Angeles, and we're looking for a dynamic, experienced General Manager to join our team and help us manage our expanding operations in both locations.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain safety standards within our offices, with a good understanding of financials and accounting. This role involves implementing safety standards, HR, logistics, accounting, sales, service, and all other office departments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience and be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong financial acumen to support our growth and ensure smooth business operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Oversee and coordinate daily office activities across all departments
- Oversee accounting , budgeting, and financial reporting
- Implement, monitor, and maintain workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments within the office.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations.
- Support company initiatives that promote employee well-being and workplace culture.
- Handle HR responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
- Supervise logistics and inventory management to ensure timely delivery and stock accuracy
- Support sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and professional office environment
**Qualifications:**
- Must have proven experience in Office/warehouse Management role.
- Strong financial skills, including budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with HR functions and compliance
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in warehouse construction/property development is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
