Job Summary (List Format) Position: Sr. Software Engineer (REMOTE Data Engineer) Eligibility: USC/GC/GC-EAD/H4-EAD Key Skills: SQL, Java frameworks, Healthcare data experienceCore Responsibilities Support and enhance existing software applications and components in the Cotiviti product suite. Analyze and resolve software issues from internal/external customers. Document specifications, design, features, and operations prior to production rollout. Collaborate with senior developers, offshore teams, business owners, and project management. Ensure adherence to technology standards during system development. Execute solution enhancements to improve software performance and availability. Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership. Innovate and contribute to process and system improvements for efficiency. Continuously learn and integrate new technologies into the product suite. Mentor and support the development of other developers. Participate in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement. Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.Required Qualifications BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience. Strong healthcare data experience. Proficiency with large datasets and relational databases. Experience with ETL processes. Skilled in optimizing and tuning SQL/Oracle queries, stored procedures, and triggers. Deep understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design. Experience with MS Access. Familiarity with scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell). Experience with Java frameworks and .NET Framework. Knowledge of enterprise scheduling tools.
