The VP of Finance will also be tasked with managing relationships with financial institutions and investors, overseeing loan terms, and supervising the financial aspects of the company's real estate portfolio. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or CPA being preferred. The role demands a candidate with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, craft compelling and investor-focused responses, and work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
