The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and providing leadership in enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, with a specific focus on the mechanics of recurring revenue. This includes driving forecasting accuracy, reporting modernization, and performance visibility across the enterprise. The role also involves implementing standardized approaches for revenue modeling, partnering with business units to identify opportunities for automation and improved forecasting, and leading initiatives to enhance the company's financial platforms to support recurring-revenue analytics.Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, particularly within the insurance, SaaS, or other recurring-revenue industries, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue retention and churn analytics, recurring-revenue forecasting and modeling, and cohort analysis. Strong technical proficiency in financial and BI tools is essential, as is a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
