Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid NMLS License in Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Washington and Wisconsin. Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures. Responsibilities: Originate loans through cultivating and nurturing client relationships.
