Job Title: Sr. SharePoint DeveloperJob Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)Job Type: ContractExperience: 7+ YearsJob Description:-Customize SharePoint Online solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JSON formatting, custom web parts, and modern SharePoint capabilities.Design, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, site collections, document libraries, lists, pages, and permissions within Microsoft 365 environments.Build and manage content types, metadata structures, taxonomies, site columns, and information architecture to support enterprise content management requirements.Design, develop, and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes, approvals, notifications, document routing, and operational tasks.Create cloud flows, approval workflows, scheduled processes, and event-driven automations using Power Automate.Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Power Apps, and third-party applications using standard and custom connectors.Develop automated document management and records management workflows to improve business efficiency and compliance.Troubleshoot workflow failures, optimize flow performance, implement error handling, and ensure secure execution of automated processes.Design and develop Power Apps Canvas applications and custom forms integrated with SharePoint Online to streamline business operations.Create user-friendly business applications that improve productivity and enhance user experience.Implement and manage SharePoint permissions, security groups, access controls, governance policies, and compliance requirements.Develop and maintain REST API integrations and connector-based solutions for seamless data exchange across enterprise platforms.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.Create technical documentation, process flows, workflow diagrams, user guides, and support documentation.Support SharePoint Online migrations, modernization initiatives, and Microsoft 365 transformation projects.Monitor SharePoint and Power Platform environments to ensure system stability, performance, and user adoption.Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, training, and knowledge transfer for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.Ensure adherence to SharePoint governance, security standards, data protection policies, and Microsoft 365 best practices.Work closely with IT teams, architects, and business users to support ongoing enhancements and platform improvements.Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution delivery activities.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to junior developers and team members.Recommend best practices, architecture improvements, and innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies.Email: ajitkumar.rai@tekgence.com
