This role will ensure an exceptional staff experience that meets the high standards of Levy and will assist team members in maintaining a safe environment. If you are a self-motivated, organized, well-spoken, overall nice person, with a passion for providing support to staff, then we are looking for you!**Job Summary****Key Responsibilities**+ Staff Experience: Assist in recruitment, facilitate employee onboarding, participate in HR initiatives to improve engagement, and serve as point of contact for employees to address HR-related questions and concerns.+ Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in audits and reporting.+ Operational Excellence: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, in both paper and internal database.+ Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.+ Perform other duties as assigned.**Preferred** **Qualifications**+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.+ Ability to handle data and information with confidentiality.+ Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.+ Experience in an office setting preferred.
