Duties
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about HVAC services and solutions
Schedule service appointments efficiently while coordinating with technicians and clients to ensure smooth operations
Assist customers with troubleshooting basic HVAC issues and guide them through initial problem-solving steps when appropriate
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests
Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or deposits during service visits or over the phone
Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Support outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, or promote special offers
Previous experience is preferred
