Upgrading & troubleshooting systems as required. With a focus on 3-5 yr equipment planning.Will work with Production process members on in process operations maintaining RJ systems and supporting daily production needs. (Safety Quality, Prod, Cost)Work with outside vendors and TMNA Engineering on system upgrades for high level scope projects that require additional Engineering support.Responsible to upgrade existing systems & develop systems to help Production and Maintenance improve their job functions.Report out changes and provide regular updates on daily activities and projects.Support all shop Engineering groups with technical expertise.What You BringTechnical degree with 3 + years of relevant work experience or Engineering bachelor’s degreeExperience in analyzing automated systems, identifying problems and developing effect solutionsHistory with Microsoft Office- Excel and PowerPointExperience with (PLC Programming)- Allen BradleyProficient in reading and developing mechanical printsCost experience including budget development and analyzing ROIExperience communicating to all levels of the organizationProject management experienceAbility to support 24-hour production operations and Saturdays as neededAdded bonus if you have Experience with (PLC Programming)- EDC and ToyoPucCost experience- RingiExperience within Toyota completing a project (concept, Ringi, PO, Kanban/installation, trials, start-up & reflection- PDCA) Previous Toyota Co-Op experience OR Toyota technical experienceReliability centered maintenance backgroundWhat We’ll BringDuring your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
