More information at: www.beyondgravity.comThe Quality System Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and verification of the Quality Management System requirements. Results-driven Lead Auditor with extensive experience in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, specializing in driving compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Proven ability to lead internal and external audits, identify systemic issues, and implement robust Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) strategies.Quality System Management at Beyond Gravity is all about ensuring compliance to ISA 9001 – AS9100 standards, enforcing a Learning Organization that leads the Space Industry improvement rate and guarantees customer satisfaction. Expert in leveraging data analytics to uncover trends, reduce defects, and enhance process performance across aerospace and manufacturing environments. Adept at cross-functional collaboration, risk-based thinking, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and customer requirements.Your MissionResponsibilities:AS9100 & ISO 9001 ComplianceLead & Internal Auditing (ISO 19011)Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA, 8D, 5 Whys)Quality Management Systems (QMS)EASE Layered Process Auditing ToolData Analytics & KPI MonitoringRisk Management & Process ImprovementSupplier Quality & External AuditsContinuous Improvement (Lean / Six Sigma mindset)Develop and sustain the Quality and Business Process Management SystemManage the audit program and findings processingManage CAPA process as requiredEmbed Quality Culture throughout Beyond GravityEmbed a culture of continuous improvement throughout Beyond Gravity Main Tasks:Maintenance and development of the BPMContribution to the creation and implementation of all relevant policies, processes, and procedures from the Quality Management.Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (AS9100 / EN9100).Lead, support and coach on Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive ActionsCost Of Poor Quality (CoPQ) analysis & reporting to drive Business ImprovementsSupport and coach Beyond Gravity PA & QA Community as requested by the BusinessRegulation, control, and improvement of the Quality of all processes.Organization and follow-up of the audits performed at Beyond Gravity by external entities.Planning and management of the internal and supplier’s audits.Management of the CAPA and follow-up of their implementation as requiredControl and monitoring of the Alert process for Beyond Gravity, including maintenance of the internal Alert database.Identify improvement opportunities within Beyond Gravity.Your Story2-5 years of Relevant experience in the field of Quality and Continuous ImprovementBachelor's degree with minimum of 2 years of Quality or Mission AssuranceKnowledge of standards such as AS9100, EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MILAbility to quickly understand and analyze technical products/systems and their functionHigh level of theoretical skills in relevant fields with an adeptness to coach hands on practical elements “on the floor”Excellent written and oral communication skillsMS Office experience requiredExperience in the application of Quality preventive methodology (5Why, Ishikawa Fishbone…)Ability to work independently, as well as effectively in a teamExcellent critical thinking, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skillsHigh level of enthusiasm and a passion for quality and continuous improvements5% to 10% ability to travel nationally and internationally as required🌌Are you ready for lift-off?
