Quality Control Services Project Manager

CTS is looking for an individual with general knowledge on heavy civil (bridges, roads, water treatment plants, public works) projects. Understanding of QC testing and inspections processes in order to manage that scope. Candidate could be a field engineer, PM or inspector looking to move forward with their career on the management side. Training provided. Knowledge of the testing and inspections involved with earthwork, concrete, HMA and structural steel is a plus. Understanding of reading project specifications and plans also a plus. Bay area projects and candidate preferred. Duties: Project Management Manage Projects financials weekly Review Monthly Invoices monthly Review daily dispatches Work with inspectors and lab technicians to provide clients with timely reports Attend meetings for assigned projects Review and understand contract terms and conditions of inspections contract Prepare monthly budgets and review with clients Attend to and review all client requests Prepare change order requests Accounts Receivable reviews and follow up with the Client Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: construction materials testing and inspection: 1 year (Required) civil construction: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Pleasanton, CA 94588 (Required) Work Location: In person
