Job Description Construction Supervisor / SuperintendentAbout the OpportunityWe're partnering with a growing construction and installation-focused organization to identify a Construction Supervisor / Superintendent to lead field operations and drive successful project delivery.This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing installation crews, subcontractors, and jobsite execution from mobilization through completion. The right candidate will bring strong field experience, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.What You'll Be DoingField Leadership & Team ManagementLead and manage installation crews and subcontractors across active jobsitesCoach, mentor, and develop field personnelMonitor productivity, attendance, and overall jobsite performanceSupport onboarding and training of new team membersProject Execution & CoordinationOversee projects from delivery through completionDevelop schedules, assign work, and track progress against deadlinesCoordinate with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and internal teamsEnsure materials, equipment, and labor are aligned with project needsSafety, Quality & ComplianceEnforce safety protocols and maintain a safety-first cultureConduct jobsite audits and ensure adherence to installation standardsDocument incidents, delays, and field issuesEnsure compliance with all quality and regulatory requirementsOperations & ReportingMaintain daily logs, reports, and job documentationVerify timecards and track labor hoursMonitor field costs, inventory, and equipment usageAssist in troubleshooting installation, product, or warranty-related issuesWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Experience leading field teams in construction, installation, or site servicesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license and ability to pass background/drug screeningPreferred:Experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Field SupervisorFamiliarity with equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and liftsAbility to read drawings, layouts, and basic blueprintsBackground in scheduling, resource planning, and vendor coordinationWork EnvironmentActive construction sites (indoor and outdoor)Physically active role (standing, lifting, climbing ladders, etc.)Up to 50% travel depending on project needsWhy This Role Stands OutHigh-impact leadership role with visibility across operationsOpportunity to work on diverse installation and construction projectsGrowing company with strong team culture and long-term opportunityHands-on position for someone who enjoys being in the field and leading from the front
