Knowledge of wait staff and guest needs. All Ambassadors are required to have a telephone number where they can be reached.Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to stand for 9 hours. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear. Professional and accurate communication.Long Description of Responsibilities/Duties:Perform job functions in accordance to performance standards.Perform Team Assistant opening duties and closing duties as directed.Maintain dining room cleanliness and safety; report any issues to Leadership.Assist servers with cleaning and re-setting tables.Set up and maintain service support stations.Maintain, clean and restock restroom throughout the shift.Properly dispose of leftover garbage, stack plates, wrap glasses, separate silverware and dispose of duty linen.Pre-set large parties and prioritize table re-set with host department.Inform host department or Leadership of table availability.Restock plates, flatware and glassware to assigned areas.Attend all Ambassador meetings and bring suggestions for improvements.Maintain clean and professional appearance at all times.Work with "Team Work" always in mind.Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.BehaviorsPreferred:Team PlayerWorks well as a member of a groupLicenses & CertificationsPreferred:Food CertificationEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
