The ideal candidate will be deeply rooted in the Catholic tradition and committed to upholding our mission. The 3rd Grade Teacher will play a vital role in fostering the spiritual, intellectual, and social development of our students.Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum and Catholic teachings.Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and promote academic growth.Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily lessons and classroom activities.Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support the overall development of students.Assess student progress regularly and provide timely feedback to promote continuous improvement.Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.Valid teaching certification or credential.Experience teaching in a Catholic school environment is strongly preferred.Deep understanding and commitment to Catholic teachings and values.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the school community.
