Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.We are seeking a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to join the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) software department supporting the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) SW Integrated Product Team (IPT). The LTAMDS SW IPT is responsible for developing, integrating, and testing and deploying software solutions for advanced radar systems in the missile defense domain. The Platform Infrastructure Engineer will join the Platform, COTS & Infrastructure team developing and maintaining COTS and Operating Systems (OSs).What You Will DoRed Hat Linux (or vendor equivalent) administrationContribute to the evolution of our Continuous Integration CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) infrastructure with Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible, enabling automated test, build, and deploy pipelinesTroubleshoot applications & infrastructure services on Linux based OS.Coordinate with the team to incorporate cyber based solutions to tactical systemCollaborate across teams to define requirements and dependencies on OS(s), COTS and HardwareSupport full lifecycle integration including OS setup, test execution, regression analysis, and root cause resolution of site issues.Support software teams with integration and testing of software systems across Linux-based server platform and radar sensor hardware (RHEL, FPGAs, and sensor hardware)Follow established development practices and processes to maintain the configuration management of deliverablesQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experienceAbility to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
