*ABOUT THE ROLE*Do you love bringing people together, creating unforgettable events, and creating moments that make work even more enjoyable? At ASC, we're looking for an *Event Coordinator* who will help take our already incredible culture to the next level. From coordinating celebrations and recognition activities to boosting morale and building meaningful connections across the production floor and office, you'll help create experiences that keep our employees engaged, appreciated, and excited to be part of the team. You'll work closely with employees and department leaders to support events and activities that make a real impact. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
· Help support a positive company culture and keep morale and engagement strong across the whole company
· Coordinate employee events and activities from planning through execution, including timelines, vendors, supplies, setup, and cleanup
· Stay visible across the business, from the production floor to the office, and connect with employees in production, shipping/receiving, inventory, engineering, and office teams
· Make sure there is always a friendly, familiar face, people feel comfortable flagging down to talk about how things are going
· Help gather employee feedback and share themes and ideas with the appropriate leaders
· Maintain the calendar for company-wide and department events and activities that employees look forward to
· Coordinate the fun stuff like prizes, giveaways, and milestone celebrations, helping make each experience feel thoughtful and organized
· Support recognition programs that make employees feel appreciated for their hard work
· Work with departments to understand their needs and coordinate activities tailored to their teams
· Bring forward creative ideas that can make events and the employee experience even better
· Track event participation and feedback, and use what you learn to improve future activities
· Track event expenses, supplies, and resources while staying within approved budgets
*REQUIREMENTS*
· At least 2 years of experience coordinating events, employee activities, hospitality, or another people-focused role
· A track record of planning and running employee events
· Experience building engagement, recognition, or culture programs, ideally in a hands-on or manufacturing environment
· A natural extrovert with a big personality who can light up a room
· A strong communicator who can write clearly, connect easily with employees, and coordinate professionally with vendors and internal teams
· Comfortable in Microsoft Word and the rest of the MS Office toolkit
· Happy on your feet and hands-on, out on the shop floor with the team
