This is a field-level leadership role focused on daily route execution, team management, and safety compliance.People & PersonnelRecruit, interview, hire, train, and discipline route personnelSchedule drivers, toters, and helpers to ensure full daily coverageAddress employee complaints and resolve workplace issues promptlyDaily OperationsOversee route completion and ensure all stops are serviced on scheduleDirect collection and disposal services to maximize personnel and equipment utilizationEnsure accurate and timely completion of driver paperwork: truck reports, driver logs, and vehicle inspectionsEnter daily productivity data into the operating systemEstablish, monitor, and review productivity standards at each phase of operationsMaintain inventory of operational supplies within approved budgetCustomer ServiceMonitor customer satisfaction through daily route completion and resolution of special and missed stopsRespond to and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely mannerSafety & ComplianceChampion a proactive safety culture focused on accident prevention and employee recognitionConduct and document routine route observationsInvestigate accidents and complete required incident reportsPlan, schedule, and lead monthly safety meetingsEnsure proper use and availability of all safety equipmentMaintain working knowledge of and enforce compliance with CDL driver regulationsRequirementsHigh School diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred2+ year supervisory experience OR 2+ year lead driver experience in waste or transportationPrior waste, environmental, or transportation industry experience preferredExperience operating or overseeing CDL-required vehicles preferredTo Apply Submit your resume through the link below.
