Role OverviewWe are looking for a senior leader to drive strategic growth within the Hi-Tech vertical, with a strong focus on large deal origination, enterprise transformation, and revenue expansion across key accounts in North America.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive P&L / revenue growth for the Hi-Tech verticalBuild and expand CXO-level relationships across strategic Hi-Tech clientsLead large deal pursuits across ERP-led transformation, digital engineering, and enterprise applicationsDevelop and execute account mining and new logo acquisition strategiesPartner with consulting and delivery teams to shape end-to-end transformation deals (ERP, Cloud, Data)Identify opportunities across product engineering, supply chain, and enterprise platformsStrengthen alliances with OEMs and ecosystem partners (ERP/Cloud platforms)Mentor and scale a high-performing sales and account management teamKey Requirements18–25+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting salesStrong exposure to Hi-Tech industry, with understanding of product + platform-led businessesProven track record of closing large transformation deals ($10M+), especially in ERP / enterprise applicationsStrong network with CXOs in the Bay Area / US Hi-Tech ecosystemExperience managing global/strategic accountsStrong understanding of enterprise transformation, supply chain, and platform modernizationExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsPreferred BackgroundExperience with ERP-centric and enterprise transformation organizationsExposure to Oracle / SAP ecosystems, Cloud transformation, and digital integrationExperience in manufacturing-heavy or product-driven environmentsPrior experience in a hunter + strategic growth leadership roleWhy JoinOpportunity to lead and scale a high-impact Hi-Tech vertical in North AmericaStrong play in ERP-led transformation and enterprise modernizationHigh visibility with global leadership and strategic clients
